Memorial Stones: Scotland
My father died more than twenty years ago.
I took his ashes and scattered them on Cul Beag summit – a hill he walked in life but never made it to the top of.
More recently I climbed Cul Beag again, picked up a stone, took it home and painted on it.
Someday I will return this stone to Cul Beag and place it at the top in memory of my father.
The idea has grown -
Now there are many stones from many hills in memory of many people.
These stones will be returned.
